RAVA PRO PORTAIT SESSION
- Session Type: Studio or Location
- Session Duration: 45 minutes
- Session Fee: $500 + Processing Fee
- Included Images: 15 professionally retouched images
- Additional Images: $20 each
- Outfit Changes: Up to 2
- People Limit: Up to 4 individuals
RAVA PRO is where we slow things down and build every shot with intention. This experience gives you room to explore different lighting looks, creative posing, and detailed direction. Every light, pose, and frame is adjusted in real time to match your tone and personality. Whether we’re in-studio or on-location, it’s about control, creativity, and collaboration.
RAVA PRO HYBRID PORTAIT SESSION
- Session Type: Studio + Location (Two-Day Experience)
- Session Duration: 2 hours total (1 hour in-studio + 1 hour on-location)
- Session Fee: $750 + Processing Fee
- Included Images: 20 total (10 in-studio + 10 on-location)
- Additional Images: $30 each
- Outfit Changes: Up to 4 total (2 per setting)
- People Limit: Up to 4 individuals
RAVA PRO HYBRID is for people who want range and flexibility. It’s made for creators building brands, professionals refreshing their image, or anyone who just wants to celebrate themselves through a full photo experience. You get the best of both worlds. One day is spent in the studio, where lighting and direction are fully controlled. The other day moves outdoors, giving your photos movement, life, and atmosphere. Everything about this session is built for purpose and polish. You walk away with a collection of images that feel clean, consistent, and alive, the kind you can use anywhere and still feel proud of.

- Session Duration: 90 minutes
- Session Fee: Starting at $800 + Processing Fee
- Included Images: 5 high-end cinematic retouches
- Additional Images: $50 each
- Outfit Changes: Up to 2
- People Limit: Up to 2 individuals
RAVA UNLIMITED is for people who want to create their own world. Some clients build a physical set. Others bring an idea that we design digitally through advanced compositing. Whether you want something cinematic, surreal, or deeply personal, this session lets imagination lead the way. Everything is designed to feel intentional. Lighting, wardrobe, and post-production all work together to tell a story that feels bold and cinematic. You don’t have to fit into a backdrop, we build one around you.

- Payment Options: Standard Checkout, Zelle, Afterpay, or Klarna.
- Save on Processing Fees: Pay via Zelle to have your processing fee waived.
- Flexible Payments: Eligible sessions can be paid over time with Afterpay or Klarna.
- Processing Fee: A processing fee applies to all payments made through our standard online checkout.

At Portrava Creative Studios, we value clarity, creativity, and professionalism. Whether you're booking a photo shoot, video shoot, or full branding experience, here's what to know before we lock in your session:
ADD ONS
- Additional Location: $100 per location
Expand your session with an additional location for more variety and unique backgrounds.
- Additional Person: $50 per person
Perfect for couples, business partners, teams, or group portraits.
- Additional Outfit: $50 per outfit
Add another wardrobe change to create multiple looks during your session.
- Rush Delivery: $200
Receive your professionally retouched images within 24–48 hours after your final image selections are made.
- Social Media Optimization: $25 per image
Images professionally formatted and cropped for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and your website.
- Behind-the-Scenes Content: Starting at $300
Capture the creative process with professionally edited behind-the-scenes video content, perfect for social media, marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Gallery Extension: $50
Extend your online proof gallery by 7 additional days before it expires.
01 PAYMENTS + FEES
- Services under $400 must be paid in full upfront
- Services over $400 require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due by shoot day
- All payments are final and non-refundable
02 ARRIVALS + RESCHEDULING
- 15-minute grace period for late arrivals
- $60 late fee if you're more than 15 minutes late and the session continues
- 25+ minutes late = session canceled with no refund
- Same-day rebooking (if available) = $150 rebooking fee
- One reschedule allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice
- More than 2 reschedules = no future bookings
03 CANCELLATIONS
- Clients may cancel their session at any time; however, all payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstance, including missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
- If you wish to reschedule, a new booking and payment will be required to secure another date. By booking a session with Portrava Creative Studios, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
04 STUDIO USE + CREATIVE CONTROL
- Clients are responsible for damages to props, sets, or equipment
- Portrava retains full creative control over final work
- Unauthorized edits, redistribution, or altered usage of final work is not permitted
- Special requests outside the original agreement may require additional fees
